It is not new, it is not an acronym, and might not sound sexy or
extravagant. But it works. Consistently and reliably delivers results.
We believe the outsourcing offering can take two different approaches:
it could be commoditized, or revolutionized. Most providers have engaged
in a race to the bottom, worried about lowering prices rather than solving
customer issues with value propositions that exceed expectations.
They carelessly talk acronyms like ISO and CMMI or even fancy new terms
such as eXtreme Programming and Agile Development. They fail at listening to customers, far away from understanding their actual needs. |
